Vahe Nokhoudian is a Partner at Fisher James Capital, leveraging his deep expertise of over 10 years in commercial real estate to advise a diverse clientele on the strategic disposition and acquisition of net-leased investment properties nationwide. He works with private and 1031 exchange investors, institutional investors such as REITs and private equity real estate firms, developers, and property owners. ‍

Vahe graduated with a BA in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley. He began his career at Newmark, working within the top-producing Leased Investment Group. In 2017, Vahe joined Preserve West Capital as an associate, playing a key role in growing their net lease investment advisory platform. Vahe resides in the San Francisco East Bay with his wife and son.
