Jamie is a senior director in the Atlanta office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in land investment advisory transactions throughout the Southeast. During the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $150 million in commercial real estate transactions.

Jamie started at HFF in January 2018. Before that, he was a senior capital markets associate at CBRE in their land services group. In this role, he was involved in the sale or acquisition of a variety of land sites, including retail, industrial, office, hotel, condominium, multi-housing, single-family and recreational as well as high-profile urban infill redevelopment site sales in Buckhead, Midtown and Perimeter Center, among others. Additionally, he spent time on the owner side of the industry working for Cheeley Investments, L.P. and J Byrd Properties LLC.
