Samuel Gardner joined Marcus & Millichap's Miller-Gomes Hotel Team in 2022 after being accepted into the William A. Millichap inaugural Fellowship program. Before working in real estate, Sam worked in the telecommunications and security software sector as an enterprise account manager and market development manager. As an associate, Sam focuses on the acquisition and disposition of Marriott, Hilton, & IHG Premium Limited/Select-Service assets nationwide by analyzing individual asset performance, understanding current market trends, and advising clients on the best options for their investments. Sam graduated with a BA in Business Leadership & Management from Bellevue University. Outside of helping his clients with their investments, Sam enjoys reading, exercising, and playing golf.
