Additionally, the property maintains a two-room owner’s quarters, which could be turned into guest rooms- totaling to 101 rooms. Strategically positioned to capitalize on regional economic growth, strong highway connectivity, and a diverse range of lodging demand, the property is well-suited for continued success.

 

Located just off Interstate 49 (I-49) and U.S.-412, 11 miles from Northwest Arkansas National Airport, the hotel offers exceptional visibility and accessibility. Guests can enjoy a wide range of amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, and business center. Additionally, the property includes a spacious two-room owner’s quarters with a king bed, kitchenette, and living room, providing a comfortable and private space for management.

 

The hotel was completely shut down from December 2022 through March 2025 to undergo a comprehensive renovation. Upon reopening in March 2025, the property rebranded from a La Quinta Inn & Suites to a dual branded La Quinta Inn & Suites / Hawthorn Extended Stay. The renovation included a complete overhaul of the interior and the addition of a new exterior façade with updated stucco.
