Maggie specializes in the sale and advisory services of commercial investment properties in the coastal cities of Southern California.  She has a robust background in commercial real estate, bringing over 8 years of experience to her role. Before joining Coastal Commercial, Maggie served as a Senior Transaction Manager at The Mogharebi Group, where she managed multiple transactions, oversaw due diligence, and collaborated with escrow and title companies, as well as Brokers, Sellers, and Buyers to ensure successful deal closures.

Over the course of her career, Maggie worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Brokerage Specialist, Ten-X as a Business Development Associate and Marcus & Millichap as a Broker Administrator. Maggie graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2009 with a degree in Journalism, focusing on Broadcast and Public Relations, and a minor in Business Administration. Maggie earned her real estate sales agent license in 2019 and is a licensed California notary public.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Maggie is the Treasurer for the Society of Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR) Orange County Chapter, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting orphaned Armenian children. In her free time, Maggie enjoys staying active through working out, paddle boarding, snowboarding, and golfing, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
