Lindsey is a Partner at Fisher James Capital, advising institutional and private capital clients on the disposition and acquisition of leased investment properties nationwide. Lindsey has over 18 years of experience specializing in the sale of single tenant retail properties, multi-tenant shopping centers, sale-leaseback portfolio dispositions, and 1031 exchange transactions. Lindsey’s career began on the principal side with Sovereign Investment Company; she then moved to roles at investment brokerage firms Colliers and CBRE before joining Preserve West Capital a few years ago.

Lindsey attended Santa Clara University and holds a Bachelor of Science from the business school with a major in Economics. Lindsey lives in San Jose with her husband and two sons. When away from the office you can find her out on the lake wakeboarding and cruising in the boat with her family, in the gym lifting heavy weights, hitting the ski slopes in winter, or most often, on the sidelines cheering too loud for her boys at various sporting events.
