Based in Tampa, Florida, Jake Rawls is an Investment Associate with DSH Hotel Advisors, where he specializes in the sale of coastal and boutique hospitality assets and works with hotel owners, operators, and investors on the acquisition and disposition of hotel properties.

Prior to joining DSH Hotel Advisors, Jake built a strong foundation in residential real estate, advising buyers, sellers, and investors across a range of transactions, including residential investment properties. Through this experience, he developed expertise in market analysis, negotiation strategy, and transaction management while working directly with investors to evaluate and execute real estate opportunities.

Before entering the real estate industry, Jake served in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and resilience that continue to define his professional approach.
