Project Epsilon’s 60 Hudson data center has more than 40 paying customers utilizing colocation and interconnection services, with over $1.5 million in consistent annual revenue. The data center is operated on the 10th and 23rd floors under a lease which runs through January 2032.

With current power and floor area utilization sitting below 50%, Project Epsilon offers the opportunity to aggressively grow revenue by filling out unused capacity.
