His transactions range in size from $30M to $250M+, including over 50 MW of data center sales, 4 million square feet of commercial office sales, and 900,000 square feet of new ground leases. Known as a data center real estate specialist, Ben is well-versed in the complexities of mission-critical facilities and serves as the capital markets expert for Cushman & Wakefield's Data Center Advisory Group.
