Brian Bailey is a Vice President of Investments and Director of the Net Leased Properties Group at Marcus & Millichap. Brian represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of Triple Net (NNN) properties all across the country.

Brian focuses exclusively on selling internet-resistant properties within the NNN space which include fast-food, gas stations, automotive repair facilities, and collision repair centers. Brian works closely with clients to understand their needs and goals to identify prospective opportunities.
