Brian Bailey is a Senior Vice President of Investments and Director of the Net Leased Properties Group at Marcus & Millichap. Brian represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of Triple Net (NNN) properties all across the country. Brian focuses exclusively on selling internet-resistant properties within the NNN space which include fast-food, gas stations, automotive repair facilities, and collision repair centers. Brian works closely with clients to understand their needs and goals to identify prospective opportunities. Brian represents an array of clients, buyers and sellers alike that range from institutional REITs, built-to-suit developers, sophisticated buyers & sellers, first time buyers & sellers, franchisees (structuring & performing sale leasebacks), and 1031 exchangers. Brian is dedicated to his clients and always strives to provide the best customer service possible, which has led to repeat business which has helped him become a top producer.
