Overview

Greenstone Partners, as the Exclusive Investment Advisor, is pleased to present the opportunity to acquire the 100% fee-simple interest in 3800 North Milwaukee Avenue (the “Property”), located on Chicago’s northside in the Irving Park neighborhood.
