Brewster Hague is a Senior Director at Greenstone Partners and advises his clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail, multifamily, mixed-use, and development opportunities throughout Chicago’s neighborhoods and suburbs. Since joining the firm in 2019, he has established himself as a top producer. Brewster has earned numerous industry accolades including being named a CRE Future Leader by REjournals, and a 2022 Illinois Real Estate Journal Finalist for Emerging Leader of the Year. With fellow Greenstone Partners’ team members he’s also earned Chicago Real Estate Awards’ Broker of the Year – Private Capital and was named a Finalist in Illinois Real Estate Journal’s Broker Team of the Year. Brewster is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC).

Prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Brewster spent five years at Marcus & Millichap as a lead Chicago sales broker of urban retail and mixed-use properties. Brewster graduated from Marquette University with a double major in finance and real estate. During his years there, Brewster served as the captain to Marquette University’s Commercial Real Estate

Born and raised in River Forest, Illinois, Brewster is a beloved Chicago Bears fan. In his free time, he can be found at Soldier Field on game days, on a golf course, discovering new restaurants, or traveling.
