Overview

Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group is pleased to offer the opportunity to acquire Mobis Logistics Center (the “Property”), a 310,080-SF mission-critical cross-dock logistics facility located directly across I-85 from the Kia U.S. Manufacturing Plant in Atlanta’s preeminent I-85 South corridor. The Kia U.S. Manufacturing Plant in West Point, GA is the sole U.S. automobile manufacturing site for Seoul, South Korea based Kia Corporation and the company’s largest plant in North America. First opening in 2009 to great fanfare from Georgia’s economic development community, the plant features over 2.2 MSF of state-of the art manufacturing and assembly space across 2,200 acres and boasts an annual capacity of more than 360,000 vehicles per year and is supported by 3,000 employees. Kia has invested over $2.1 billion into the plant since mass production began in 2009 and currently serves as the sole manufacturing facility for five of its highly popular and profitable SUV models: the Telluride, Sorento, K5, Sportage, and the all-electric EV9 SUV (beginning in 2H 2024).
