Ryan Bellows is a Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial Services practice. In addition, he serves as a member of the firm’s 3PL Advisory Group. Since starting his commercial real estate career in 2017, Ryan has been involved in transactions totaling more than 4,000,000 square feet, with a value of over $240,000,000.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan was an Account Executive at Caterpillar. He represented organizations by providing strategic solutions that supported and enhanced companies’ bottom lines by aligning construction equipment needs with their business strategies, financial goals, and operational objectives.
