Ryan Bellows serves as a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Atlanta office and is part of the firm’s Industrial Capital Markets team. In his role, Bellows focuses on industrial investment sales, portfolio aggregation, financing and equity placement throughout Atlanta and the Southeast. He has been involved in transactions exceeding $5 billion for several of the most prominent investors in the United States.

Before joining Newmark in 2024, Bellows worked in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, where he specialized in the disposition of industrial properties, land and pre-development, speculative construction, build-to-suit construction and construction financing throughout the Southeastern United States. Prior, he worked within the company’s Logistics & Industrial Services practice, where he provided strategic site selection, financial analysis and transactional services for institutional owners, developers and tenants.
