EXPERIENCE/PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Mr. Ames was named a 2017 Up and Comer, 30 under 30 by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. He has received Franklin Street’s Sales Achievement Award from 2014-2022 for outstanding sales. In 2013, he was named the firm's Rookie of the Year for surpassing his sales goals. 

Mr. Ames continues to be involved in the Tampa real estate community regularly attending industry events and courses. He currently sits on the REIC (Real Estate Investment Council) board of directors. He is also a member of the Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay (a Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce program),

Mr. Ames graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson.
