Zach Ames, serving as Managing Director for Franklin Street Real Estate Services and co-founder of the Institutional Services Group alongside Jonathan Barclay, stands at the forefront of a dynamic partnership responsible for the sale of over 73,000 units statewide, with a cumulative transaction volume nearing $11 billion and a wealth of 26 years of combined industry experience. Mr. Ames is a recognized authority in the disposition and recapitalization of institutional-grade multifamily properties across Florida. Maximizing Franklin Street’s collaborative platform, Mr. Ames leverages his unmatched expertise in the Florida markets to deliver a client-first approach with custom-tailored solutions. Franklin Street’s Institutional Services Group provides strategic planning, advisory services, and adeptly navigates acquisitions and dispositions. The team delivers upfront strategies tailored to optimize financial and operational outcomes through their transaction management services. EXPERIENCE/PROFESSIONAL HISTORY Mr. Ames was named a 2017 Up and Comer, 30 under 30 by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. He has received Franklin Street’s Sales Achievement Award from 2014-2022 for outstanding sales. In 2013, he was named the firm's Rookie of the Year for surpassing his sales goals. Mr. Ames continues to be involved in the Tampa real estate community regularly attending industry events and courses. He currently sits on the REIC (Real Estate Investment Council) board of directors. He is also a member of the Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay (a Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce program), Mr. Ames graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson.
