Overview

Colliers Dallas Multifamily Advisors has been retained by Anthem Development as exclusive agent to arrange the development capitalization for The Ryder at Chisholm Trail, a proposed 280-unit, $53 million luxury multifamily community in Fort Worth, Texas. Strategically located at the intersection of Chisholm Trail Parkway and Granbury Road, the site offers exceptional visibility and direct access to major employment centers. The surrounding area boasts over 800,000 jobs within a 30-minute commute and average household incomes exceeding $100,000. Colliers is seeking an investor to contribute the majority of the equity portion of the overall capitalization. The equity investor will receive an ownership interest in the property and a preferential return of and on their capital. Anthem Development’s business plan calls for construction commencement in January 2026, initial occupancy in June 2027, and project disposition following stabilization in January 2029.
