Candace brings over seven years of experience in commercial real estate valuation, with a strong focus on multifamily assets. Prior to joining Colliers, she served as a commercial real estate appraiser at BBG, where she completed more than 100 multifamily appraisals annually. Her client portfolio included HUD, agency lenders, life insurance companies, and government entities, reflecting her ability to deliver high-quality analysis for a wide range of institutional stakeholders.

Candace serves as a Senior Financial Analyst in our Dallas office, supporting the Multifamily Investment Sales teams. Her expertise lies in underwriting, valuation, and market analysis, with a strong focus on delivering data-driven insights that guide strategic investment decisions. With a deep understanding of multifamily assets and investor objectives, she plays a key role in analyzing property performance, identifying opportunities, and supporting deal execution across a variety of transaction types.
