University Gate Apartments is a purpose-built student housing community serving Pennsylvania State - Behrend in Erie County, Pennsylvania. Built in 2006 and later expanded in 2008, University Gate is comprised of nine buildings, 132 units, and 485 beds in two-, three- and four-bedroom floorplan configurations.
