Leading the Colliers Student Housing National Practice Group, Sean has been instrumental in the growth of the student housing platform at Colliers. Originally joining Colliers in 2011 as an analyst, Sean quickly rose to Senior Vice President and now leads a 5-person brokerage team focusing on brokerage, debt/equity origination, and land development. Sean previously spent 10 years in construction and received his Masters in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida.
