The Property is strategically located along Atlanta’s I-85 South corridor just 10 miles from the 2,200-acre Kia manufacturing plant in West Point, GA, Kia’s sole U.S. manufacturing plant and their largest production facility in North America. First opening in 2009 to great fanfare from Georgia’s economic development community, the Kia plant features over 2.2 MSF of state-of the art manufacturing and assembly space with an annual capacity of more than 360,000 vehicles per year. Kia has invested over $2.1 billion into the plant and the facility currently serves as the sole manufacturing facility for five of its highly popular and profitable SUV models: the Telluride, Sorento, KS Sportage, and the allelectric EV9 SUV (beginning in 2H 2024).
