Cushman & Wakefield has been exclusively retained to arrange up to $85.0 million of LP Equity for the $257 million ($482,000 per key) development of the Beyond Hotel at the American Dream Meadowlands (the “Property” or “Asset”).  This Project provides investors with the unique opportunity to participate in the most exciting hotel development project in the New York Tri-State region, and the only hotel attached to the American Dream complex, the second largest retail & entertainment complex in the United States.
 
The proposed 26-story dual-branded Marriott Property will be the centerpiece of the American Dream and the only hotel in the entire Meadowlands complex. American Dream is one of the most dynamic mixed-use projects in the world, and the newest entertainment and amenity driven retail complex in the United States.
