Bio
Will Huberty joined Scannell in 2018 as a Senior Analyst and assists with the capital group. Will works on the underwriting and due diligence of new development opportunities as well as compiling and analyzing market research. Prior to joining Scannell, Will worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Holiday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF). During that time he worked on equity and debt placement, primarily for office and industrial transactions. Will is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the Grainger School of Business at the University of Wisconsin Madison (2016).
