Founded in 1990, Scannell Properties is headquartered in Indianapolis, IN with regional offices in Alexandria, VA; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Kansas City, MO; Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; Boston, MA and the San Francisco Bay area, CA, and is led by its founder and principal, Robert Scannell.

Scannell is proud to have completed 358 development projects totaling 84,600,000 million SF in 44 states and 3 Canadian provinces.

In 2018 we expanded our industrial development operations into Europe with an office in London focusing on the core markets of France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the U.K.
