Wesley Miller

Wesley Miller joined Wulfe & Co. in 2008 with twenty years of commercial real estate experience in the retail sector. Former affiliations include The Trammell Crow Company, Weingarten Realty Investors, and General Growth Properties. While at The Trammell Crow Company, Wes' primary responsibility was the leasing of the Calpers portfolio consisting of six class A grocery anchored shopping centers in the Houston area with an aggregate GLA in excess of 1.5 million square feet including Weslayan Plaza, Woodway Square, First Colony Marketplace, and Memorial Collection Center. Wes established the Las Vegas, NV office for Weingarten Realty Investors managing and leasing a portfolio of twelve shopping Centers in the Las Vegas area with a total GLA of 2 million square feet. Prior to Weingarten, he began his real estate career as a mall manager with Urban Shopping Centers / General Growth for six years in Houston and New Orleans. Wes is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a graduate of Texas A & M University.
