Wulfe & Co. is a Houston-based, full-service commercial retail real estate company founded in 1985.

Wulfe & Co. has been involved in the successful development, leasing and management of numerous well-known retail shopping centers. These projects include properties developed by Wulfe & Co. and properties owned by clients of Wulfe & Co. Our projects include BLVD Place, Meyerland Plaza, Gulfgate Center, Shepherd Square, Pinecroft Center, Baybrook Square, Baybrook Village, Baybrook Gateway and Deerbrook MarketPlace. Retail projects developed by Wulfe & Co. have included such prominent equity partners as Harvard University endowment, City of Houston and Exxon/Mobil. Currently, Wulfe & Co. services approximately 7.2 million square feet of improved properties.

Over the years, we've contributed to the leasing, development and re-development of some of Houston's most popular shopping centers - Gulfgate Center, Meyerland Plaza, Pinecroft Center, Baybrook Square, Baybrook Village, Baybrook Gateway and Deerbrook Marketplace.

In addition, Wulfe & Co. provides site selection services for numerous retailers and restaurants. These clients range from national chains to local businesses, and include large anchor stores, mid-size retailers, small shops, financial institutions and a wide variety of restaurants.
