Warren Dennis, III

Warren Dennis has been with Merlone Geier and its predecessor entity since 2001. His primary responsibilities are to serve as development and construction director, with a particular focus on construction oversight. During his tenure Mr. Dennis has worked on many of the Company's large redevelopment projects, including Oxnard Esplanade, Santa Fe Springs, Chino Town Center and Lakewood Square. Mr. Dennis continues to serve as the development and construction manager for Park Lane Mall and Fullerton Crossings.Prior to working with Merlone Geier, and from 1994 to 2001, Mr. Dennis was a development and project manager for Snyder Langston Real Estate and Construction Services. From 1986 to 1994 he was a project engineer and manager for a number of national construction companies.Mr. Dennis graduated in 1985 with an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and in 1988 with a Commercial and Industrial Development Management Certificate from the University of California, Irvine. He is resident in the firm's San Diego office.
