Todd has been an analyst within the commercial real estate industry since 2016. As a Senior Operations Analyst for Harbor Stone Advisors, Todd is responsible for evaluating and managing functions necessary for sales productivity. In his role, Todd oversees sales operations, data services, and database management. In addition, Todd participates in developing technology that streamlines internal processes and promotes more efficient deal management across the business. Todd is also responsible for leading the content creation of proprietary reports and analyses.

Prior to joining Harbor Stone, Todd worked as a market analyst with the CoStar Group, where he leveraged real estate and economic data to advise clients. More recently, Todd worked in acquisitions with a Baltimore-based private investment firm targeting single-family and multifamily properties.

Todd graduated from the University of Lynchburg with a Financial Economics degree and a Mathematics minor. In his spare time, Todd enjoys staying active, golfing, and spending quality time with his beagle, Ruby, and cat, Benji.
