Toby Bozzuto believes that experience is everything. Along with providing strategic and day-to-day leadership for more than 2,800 employees in 12 metropolitan areas, Toby encourages his team to create extraordinary experiences for their residents, clients, partners and one another. His clear vision, approachable nature and progressive thinking have earned him the respect of our associates and partners.

After beginning his career in financial real estate at J.P. Morgan, Toby joined Bozzuto Development Company. His creativity and ambition helped push our development team toward even more innovative, thoughtful and dynamic approaches. In 2015, when Toby took over as President and CEO of Bozzuto, his unique leadership qualities and natural warmth paved the way for a seamless transition and continued success. As the company grows, he is focused on our core values—concern, creativity, passion and the pursuit of perfection—and delivering on our promises to all those we are fortunate enough to do business with.

Working collaboratively with his executive team, as well as his four operating partners, Toby continually drives for excellence. Above all, he understands that our company’s shared knowledge is one of our strongest tools.
