Tim Cadigan has had a successful career over his 20+ years in the real estate industry, focused on development, sales and leasing of industrial warehouse / logistics buildings around the world. Tim’s client-first commitment has led to him being named a Principal within Avison Young as well as being named to the company’s Circle of Excellence. Additionally, in 2021 he and his partner Matt Turse were part of the team nominated for the NAIOP “Deal of the Year” for the NJ Chapter, given their work in selling then leasing an office to industrial redevelopment and roof raise project in central NJ.

Serving as a Principal at Avison Young, Tim plays a major role in shaping the company’s growth within New Jersey’s robust industrial real estate sector. Tim and his long-time business partner, Matt Turse, lead a group of 5 professionals focused on bringing the best-in-class resources and partners to service their clients’ needs. Matt and Tim strongly believe that collaboration is the key to successful projects.
