Matthew Turse has over 28 years of experience in the sales, leasing, and consultation of industrial property in the northern New Jersey marketplace on behalf of Owners, Investors, Developers and Tenants. He has negotiated over 17 million square feet of sales and leases worth an aggregate value exceeding $1 Billion. Matt’s primary responsibilities include providing industrial brokerage leadership out of the Morristown, NJ office utilizing his market expertise, client development and transaction management.

Matt was named a Principal at Avion Young and along with his partner Tim Cadigan, leads a 5-person team focused on bringing best-in-class services for their clients.
