Thomas Dobrowski serves as a Vice Chairman in Newmark's Capital Markets group. Dobrowski leads a team of professionals with a specific focus and expertise in covering the enclosed regional mall sector, in addition to large and complex open-air and outlet centers. His team is one of the most active retail-focused transactional and advisory groups in the country.

Dobrowski's broad real estate capital markets knowledge and expertise reflects career experience that encompasses all major property types across a wide range of geographies. Over the past 20 years, he has been responsible for equity real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $10 billion. Dobrowski joined Newmark in 2015 with the mandate to grow a mall capital markets platform, and has achieved the number one market share in the United States since 2017. Additionally, his team has provided consulting and valuation services for assets with a gross value in excess of $20 billion.
