Bio
Tess Guinn provides direction throughout the entire development process, from financing to construction to interior design. Her deeply rooted experience in the Baltimore market was recognized by Baltimore Business Journal, who named her a part of “Enterprising Women 2018” for her developing Bozzuto’s Anthem House and A2 communities in Locust Point, Baltimore. Tess joined Bozzuto in 2008. She earned an MBA from Loyola University and a BS in International Business from the College of Charleston.
