Mr. Steve Hager is an Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Global Supply Chain Solutions group in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Hager specializes in assisting national and international companies with all aspects of their real estate requirements, with special emphasis in the design and implementation of distribution and manufacturing networks; including, but not limited to: site selections, acquisitions, leasing, new facility developments, and dispositions.

In addition, Mr. Hager has a proven track record of assisting developers and investors with the leasing and selling of their industrial properties. Mr. Hager has been involved in sale, lease and build-to-suit transactions for industrial properties in excess of 43 million square feet, and over 2,180 acres of land sales for a combined valued at over $2.1 billion. He has helped clients to establish strategic real estate programs for speculative and build-to-suit developments, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of both industrial facilities and vacant land.
