Stephen T Logan

Stephen Logan joined Merlone Geier in January 2016. His primary responsibility is the development oversight of NOHO West and Five Lagunas including managing the entitlement process, anchor store and city negotiations and the financial oversight of these projects.Prior to joining Merlone Geier, Mr. Logan was Assistant Vice President at Macerich from 2006 to 2015 and played a major role in the redevelopment of Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek, CA, Santa Monica Place in Santa Monica, CA, the pre-development planning at Candlestick Point for Fashion Outlets of San Francisco and other major developments on the West Coast. Prior to Macerich, from 1997 to 2015, Mr. Logan worked for Equity Office Properties as Project Manager overseeing development, capital improvements and construction for their Los Angeles portfolio of 9 million square feet.Mr. Logan is a graduate of the University of Arizona with an undergraduate degree in Regional Development. He is an active member in ICSC and is resident in the firm's San Diego office.
