Stephanie J Turner

Stephanie Turner first joined Merlone Geier in 2001 and after seven years away rejoined Merlone Geier in 2010. Ms. Turner's primary responsibilities are lease administration and acquisition due diligence. From 2001 to 2003, Ms. Turner was a property management assistant administrator for M&H Realty Partners, the predecessor entity to Merlone Geier, collaborating in the management and review of portfolio wide due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions. She also assisted in the management and lease administrative processes.From 2004 to 2010, Ms. Turner was an Associate with Coast Range Investments, LLC, a real estate company managing funds for residential, commercial and raw land. Her responsibilities included the oversight of marketing and investor reporting for the firm's eight real estate funds.Ms. Turner graduated in 2000 from Texas Christian University with an undergraduate degree in Marketing. She is an active participant in the International Council of Shopping Centers and served on the board of directors for the Belden Club from 2007 to 2012. She is resident in the firm's San Francisco office.
