Bio
Based in Seattle, Washington, Stefan is responsible for helping develop the firm’s investment strategy and leading the research, underwriting,and analysis processes for ground-up multifamily development opportunities. His primary focus is on development and value-add opportunities in the Southeast and Southwest markets.
Stefan has been with Evergreen since its commencement in 2018 and has been instrumental in establishing the strategy and vision of the firm with our founder Bruce Galloway. Stefan utilizes his extensive network to source compelling development projects in our preferred markets, Phoenix, AZ and Nashville, TN. Stefan also travels to both markets regularly to maintain boots-on-the-ground knowledge and identify emerging neighborhoods that are primed for multifamily development and outsized growth.
Prior to joining the firm, Stefan worked on Wall Street in equity capital markets at Deutsche Bank. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Harvard University. He has also successfully completed the Series 7 and Series 63 examinations.
