Sierra serves as a Senior Marketing Associate in the Charlotte office, supporting the brokerage team and assisting with general brokerage responsibilities. In her role, Sierra is responsible for the creation of property flyers, presentations, tour books, along with any other creative materials needed for the brokerage team. She also manages the office’s listings on both internal and external databases.

Sierra grew up in Atlanta, GA and attended Kennesaw State University where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. After working several years in AdTech, Sierra shifted to a career in Commercial Real Estate in 2020 and moved to Charlotte, NC. Prior to joining Avison Young in August 2021, she worked as a Client Services Coordinator at another commercial real estate firm.

Sierra is a licensed broker in North Carolina.
