Seth Lane serves as Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Development for Concept Companies. Starting his career in 2003, Seth leverages a unique combination of experience in deal origination, architecture, construction, brokerage, development, finance, and management. With over ten figures in development volume across a wide range of assets, Seth has handled commercial real estate development across various geographies. Charged with leading the firm’s development team in all facets, he is an integral cog in executing the CEO’s vision of building a best-in-class firm in client service, scale, vertical integration, diversification, and delivery of risk-adjusted return. Seth holds a Master of Building Construction and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Florida.
