Bio
Seth Borland is the Vice President of Acquisitions for Juniper Investment Group, Ltd. Mr. Borland is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new acquisition and development opportunities. Before joining Juniper, Mr. Borland was an associate with the Morgan Group, a Houston-based developer of luxury apartments, where he led their efforts in Central Texas. Prior to Morgan, Seth practiced architecture in Austin, Chicago and Houston. Mr. Borland earned a BA from Williams College, where he was captain and an All-American on the swimming team, a Masters of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University’s Jones School of Business.
