Juniper is a vertically integrated investment, asset and property management company whose focus is the investment in multi-family properties throughout Texas and its contiguous states.

Juniper has grown considerably since it’s inception in 2000, and now owns approximately 9,000 units. First Choice manages all of Juniper’s properties, but also serves as fee manager for an additional 3,100 units.
