Ryan has over 15 years associated with Marcus & Millichap as a net-leased specialist and member of the firm’s National Retail Group. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2022 and First Vice President Investments in 2016 as well as Senior Director of the National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group. Ryan concentrates on the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant net leased properties on a nationwide scale and has successfully represented various types of client profiles ranging from Net-Leased Developers, Portfolio Buyers and Sellers, Tenant sale-leaseback transactions, as well as individual high net worth investors. His team, The Skyline Group, is consistently recognized as one of the top Single-Tenant Brokerage groups at Marcus & Millichap and top producing outfits on a national scale. Over his career, Ryan and his team have completed approximately $1.5 Billion in net-leased transactions. He earned Chairman’s Club in 2021 and four National Achievement Awards. In addition, he has earned nine straight Sales Recognition Awards. Ryan continues to be in the Top 30 Agents Nationwide for the Marcus & Millichap Net-Leased Single-Tenant Sector.
