Bio
Russ serves as Vice President of Acquisitions for Atapco Properties. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating new development and investment opportunities for the company. Russ manages all new acquisitions from inception through contract stage, due diligence and closing. Russ also has primary responsibility for Atapco’s residential lot development and apartment development efforts including entitlements, design, construction, marketing and sales.
Before joining Atapco in 2008, Russ worked for Toll Brothers for eleven years, starting as Land Acquisitions Manager and was later promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions for their Maryland Division.
