Ron Walsh

Ron has over 40 years of diverse real estate development experience, including multi-family, single-family housing, senior living, industrial, and office flex projects. Ron has successfully completed more than $340 million worth of development projects in his career. Between 1986-1992, Ron developed over 600,000 square feet of multi-family units, commercial, high bay flex buildings and suburban office in the Seattle area. Ron has acquired, designed and planned 25 subdivisions totaling 2,400 lots throughout Idaho between 2001 to 2010 before co-founding Global Senior Housing.
