Ron and Nick combined their passion and expertise in real estate and finance in 2013 and founded Global Senior Housing; a move prompted by strong demographic trends and demand drivers in the senior housing sector and the lack of quality new construction during the last economic downturn to meet the demands of the growing senior population in the US. Development and finance is our bread and butter, and we form strategic joint ventures with exceptional operators to manage the marketing, lease-up and operations.
