Rohit Sacheti

Rohit leads Internacional’s acquisition efforts. His responsibilities include deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, debt and equity capitalization, and closing. Prior to Internacional, Rohit worked for Offerd, a tech-enabled multifamily consulting and investment start-up as the Director of Acquisitions. Rohit began his career in multifamily real estate in 2017 as part of the acquisitions and asset management team at Houston based Nitya Capital. Rohit graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He earned his MBA at the University of Houston Bauer College of Business. Rohit is a Texan, born and raised, and currently lives in Austin with his wife and two dogs.
