With over 35 years’ experience in the real estate business, and as COO, Robert Hekemian, Jr. is responsible for identifying real estate investment opportunities for Hekemian & Co. and its affiliates, as well as evaluating the performance and leasing strategies of its’ currently managed real estate entities.
