Bio
As Vice President of Asset Management Robert maximizes CDP’s portfolio performance through oversight of operations, leasing and capital renewal while also working with the development team to generate proforma operating and capital budgets. Additionally, he leads efforts with university and project stakeholders to ensure approved budgets satisfy university goals of providing high quality housing and resident life services while also achieving required financial returns. Prior to his current role at CDP, Robert worked as a development manager leading predevelopment activities for The Heights, Capstone’s 1,978 bed on-campus project at Montclair State University.
