With 25 years of industry experience Rick currently serves as Vice Chairman leading a large team in Cushman & Wakefield's Orange County, California office.

Rick and his team specialize in advising corporate occupiers and institutional investors in sales, leasing and development of industrial buildings, land and investment properties. The team has participated in assignments totaling more than 40 million square feet with a combined consideration in excess of $20 billion.

Rick has unique insight into the ecommerce and food and beverage industries representing industry leading firms in numerous domestic and international transactions. He is a consistent top producer within Cushman & Wakefield ranking within the top 10 industrial brokers annually.
